They'll probably end up stuck wi...Interesting. They'll probably end up stuck with loads of empty car bays, as is increasing the case in Melbourne. My office building has four separate bike cages probably consuming the space of around eight car bays now, because it is so frikkin' empty down there! This while they also offer public parking, and concierge parking for the hotel next door.<br /><br />They did have this on the developer's site: "and Westgate provides 42 secure cycle bays, along with showers."<br /><br />I think it's a shame when councils don't promote ground-level shop fronts.
